For the Master:
A Master's degree student must be within a pre-01.01.1987 graduating class and must be completed or accepted by the end of the current school year
And for the doctoral degree not before 01.01.1982. And be completed or received by the end of the current school year
The scholarship is available to students from: all Arab countries except Syria where they will have a special programUniversity admission :Supporting Documents 1. The basic compulsory documents are:
1) A clear and recent personal photo. 2) An identity document such as a passport, personal card or birth certificate.
3) Certificate of educational qualification: or university certificate for applicants of the master's degree, or university and master's degree for doctoral candidates. If the graduation certificate is not ready or the applicant has graduated for several months, a signed official statement can be submitted to the site instead of the graduation certificate.
4) The educational grade statement shows the student's grades in the subjects: for secondary graduates is the same secondary certificate, and for university graduates and master is the detailed examination of grades of materials during the years of study.
5) Two letters of recommendation from a teacher or a manager at work: mainly required from postgraduate applicants. The letter of recommendation shall be sent to the site in addition to the need to enter the e-mail of the author of the recommendation, where he will receive a letter asking him to confirm that the person who wrote the letter.
2 - Required documents for some universities or specializations only:
1) A certificate of proficiency in English if the university chosen has requested a certificate of language as a prerequisite. The certificates are TOEFL and IELTS certificates. If the language certificate is not available during the application, it must be processed until the date of travel in September.
2) Certificate of the skills exam in case the university selected requires this. This certification is mostly required from postgraduate students, such as GRE or GMAT certification. If the required certificate is not available during the application period, it must be processed until the date of travel in September.
3. Optional documents are not compulsory:
1) Certificates of experience in the previous work in which the applicant.
2) Certificates of participation in training courses, training or seminars.
3) Honored certificates in any field.
4) Certificates of participation in voluntary service activities.
- Caution: When a passport is issued, the name must be considered in the passport and the graduation certificate, especially the first name and the title.

Announcement of the Turkish Government Grant Results:
Recipients of the Turkish government grant are initially informed by email only from May, in order to attend the interview at the Turkish Embassy. Applicants from countries where there is no Turkish embassy due to exceptional circumstances such as Yemen are not invited to the interview and are informed of final acceptance only. Final admission The winners will arrive via e-mail as well as through the scholarship website during August. There is no other way to know that the applicant is a winner only by following up on the messages sent to the e-mail and following up the status of submission in the grant site. Scholarship Recipients The status of their application changes to (offer of scholarship)
Important Note: Registration is via the official website of the Turkish government without any intermediary and registration is not accepted by mail
The course will be open on 16-1-2017 until 16-2-2017 for graduate studies only (Master and PhD), and later the scholarship will be announced for the bachelor's degree
