Coady International Foundation at Saint Francis Xavier University,
opens the way for the Global Leadership Change Program. This program is
available to emerging women leaders from developing countries working on
development issues in the world.
Coady grantees will receive a full scholarship to participate in this program, including the cost of economic class for travel, tuition, housing and food. - The cost of obtaining a visa to Canada is the responsibility of the successful candidate.
This program enables women from developing countries to strengthen their leadership capacities to contribute to innovation and change in their organizations and communities.

The Coady International Institute at St. Louis Francis Xavier UniversityConditions for Granting: This program enables women from developing countries to strengthen their leadership capacities to contribute to innovation and change in their organizations and communities. For Grant:
Has at least five years of leadership experience and is articulated in the pursuit of social or economic development in sectors such as livelihoods or overall economic development, food security, the environment, access to education and health care, governance, women's political participation and the rights of girls and women;
The intention to return to the community and the mother country and to benefit from the grant in the development of the community
To have advanced leadership skills and professional passion, manifested through the outstanding contributions of organizations and communities.
Be employed by civil society organizations including community organizations and not profit organizations, or active in public or private institutions and donors / charities, social movements or in a social / business organization.
Have a university degree or a combination of post-secondary education and experience; and have high qualifications in oral and written English.
Candidates must be from a country eligible for ODA.
